"This morning we visited the farm, we were going to participate in the cheese workshop. My kids didn't know they were going, it was a surprise, and they really took it. the spectacular site, receives us a lovely family, even a couple of goats come to greet us. We started milking the goats, we tried! the hostess takes us to a small moeo, then we went to the cheese shop where I explain the cheese, the drying process, the healing. We went to another room, where we could make our cheese. Mary Jesus is one of those people who enjoy her work and all that passion she feels to convey to us. We have enjoyed everything we have done, seen, learned, of nature, the natural. and so pure people. Thank you for everything!"
