A Passage To India

The dining experience at the restaurant was great, as always, whether eating in or taking away. However, I had to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because one meal we ordered for our party of six did not arrive. After repeatedly trying to reach them, we finally connected but were told that they had closed early despite the website stating they would be open until 10 PM. The woman mentioned we would be compensated for the missing meal, which I found quite insulting after being loyal customers for many years.

really nice restaurant that we visited when we were in ipswich. friendly and helpful staff, the hostess (and I think manager was really helpful in the recommendation of dressing and it meant that we tried various articles as we normally would. a little dated inside, but it also adds to homeliness. we felt a little excited at the end, but apart from this great eating. I recommend the kushboo curry:

a passage to india is an amazing restaurant. eating is exceptional and fresh! they are definitely one of the best places where I ever had the luck to eat! the staff is very friendly and helpful and the chefs do a brilliant job with the cooking! I can't recommend it very much!

The cooking here is excellent and truly authentic. The interior is very cozy, and the staff is both professional and friendly. We had a wonderful evening and can't wait to return!
