Unser Besuch im Restaurant Aerde war definitiv etwas Besonderes. Das stilvoll minimalistische Ambiente im ehemaligen Lokschuppen beeindruckte sofort. Der Service überzeugte durch Persönlichkeit und große Aufmerksamkeit. Das Essen war spannend, besonders mit dem Fokus auf fermentierte Zutaten. Einige Gerichte fehlte jedoch das gewisse Etwas oder ein überraschender Höhepunkt. Weniger begeistert waren wir von unserer Platzierung: Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen Barhockern oder einem großen 8-Personen-Tisch in der Ecke. I was absolutely blown away by the experience at Aerde. The food, service, and wine were all impeccable. The plating style was refreshingly simple yet perfectly executed, keeping the focus where it belongs—on the taste, which was easily a 10 out of 10. The venison tartare was hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and I’m saying that as someone who orders tartare almost every chance I get. The kitchen here has a unique creative intelligence; each dish was crafted with an exceptional level of harmony. Surprising ingredients made appearances in ways I never would have expected, but they worked perfectly with every bite. I couldn’t decide what to order because everything on the menu sounded amazing...
Sehr schwer zu bewertendes Restaurant. Einerseits wurde mir eines der beeindruckendsten Gerichte serviert, die ich je gesehen habe, andererseits empfand ich das Gesamterlebnis als etwas inkonstant. Was das Essen angeht, gab es einige absolute Highlights, aber auch durchschnittliche Gerichte (insbesondere das Hühnchengericht und die Desserts). I found it hard to fault this restaurant even when the bill came up. At first you think its pricy for small plates but as you go along and try all the dishes on the menu, you realise why. The work that has gone into creating each one is clear to see, and I have come away with incredible memories. From the fermented potatoe waffle to the cauliflower... yep cauliflower but not just any old cauliflour. I couldn't begin to tell you how they made it taste so good! The service was perfect as was the atmosphere and surroundings. We paid just over 100 euros per person which included 2 bottles of wine and it was worth every cent. A wonderful neighborhood restaurant with a very inviting atmosphere for multiple visits a week. I really ate really well and even found my favorite dish of 2024. Neither in Las Vegas nor Paris nor Berlin have I had a better dish cooked than this one this year. I will definitely plan another visit and maybe even add another great culinary treasure to my already well-stocked food habitus. Great thing. Thank you for the wonderful food and the exemplary hospitality. Because for me Both fit together perfectly and made the restaurant authentic and accessible with a feel-good atmosphere. We really had a great time at aerde. High quality, creative and exceptional cuisine with exclusively regional references. Exciting and very tasty wines accompany it. A very attentive, great service rounds everything off a place to feel good in an exclusive but relaxed atmosphere. Considering the quality and service, the prices are definitely fair.
