All American Ice Cream

Be aware! The young lady who checked me out today tried to overcharge me and tip herself. Lessoned learned: when they ask if you would like a receipt always say yes! When I was checking out for the few ice creams she said my total was about 17$. When I responded no thanks for the receipt she then quickly changed the charge to 25.80$. I wouldn’t have known for this unintended tip if not for the alert on my bank app notifying me of my most recent purchase. I did confront her and after she checked the trash for my receipt she “discovered” I was overcharged. She did return the difference in cash. Just wanted to let it be known for the next costumers. That is unacceptable.

You have a staff member who does not wear a mask. When asked on multiple occasions why she didn't wore a mask, she said her employer didn't provide her with a mask. In the past, other employees were wearing a mask. I will not come to this place again given we are in a middle of a pandemic and your employees don't wear a mask.

Honestly I was filthy and one of the taller gals working there had no sense of personality and was rude as rude could be really snappy melted ice cream like everywhere else 5 stars I would never go back there melted ice cream expensive for everything can't belive that allow to stay open... wouldn't recommend going here!

Worse shake EVER! 6 bucks for a cup of milk(shake). I’ll never go there again. Not worth the mo ey!
