probably one of the best sevilla cakes and jars where it is already difficult for the level there is. I have been visiting ambrose for several years without resisting to try portions of the spectacular cakes I prepare and I still can't choose my favorite. of the chocolate cake we took to the birthday, not the aroma of what lasted. an excellent, careful and friendly treatment of a place that is a sweet obligation to visit in the city.
if you want to eat a good cake, with ingredients and raw material of quality, an excellent variety and elaboration, plus a wonderful treatment this is your site. the affection and dedication that the cakes put in this wonderful pastry is noted in the final result. is both the variety and quality of the different cakes that it is very difficult to choose one in particular. I recommend to try them all.
the best sevilla bread (and a Frenchman says so). After moving to sevilla I couldn't find a bakery that doesn't sell hard, white or frozen. until I find out ambrose. So the breads are very rich and also the cheesecake with lemon. if they're going to buy bread on Saturday, go before 1 or they'll have nothing to do with it (and I'm not interested in telling them sheikh)
It was burning 40 something degrees outside and I didn't really want to go there. Fortunately I did. I got a cake with apple. I had these cakes at a restaurant called TikiTakaBar. After dinner they offer me desert and I asked what kind of desert they had. They said something about: cakes made a bakery called Ambrosius. It was sooooo goooooooooooooooooooooood. Amazing desert and Dinner too :
I met ambrose of pure coincidence. Only the deal is an experience. the spectacular product. I have a piece of every cake once. It was impossible not to repeat again and again. I still don't know what my favorite is, I'd say everyone.

Only wish I had more time to try some of the other selections of this incredible bakery. Well worth looking for if you like German pastries.
