The sauce was tasty, but the burger was a bit overcooked and dry. I had higher expectations for what is marketed as the best meat in the world, but it seems the cooking method let it down. The flavors were nice, but the overcooking was disappointing. The knitter fries and chocolate shakers were enjoyable. Since I went through the drive-thru, I didn’t notice the chef’s special seasoning on the burger until I got home; otherwise, I would have taken it back.
The service was as excellent as always, even though the pace was surprisingly fast. The staff was consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I would have given them a full 5 stars, but I noticed that the girl at the window had really dirty fingernails and wasn't wearing gloves. She was very sweet and provided great service, but I believe wearing gloves is important, especially in food service, unless you have the time to keep your nails clean.
I love Arby's! However, I was disappointed that my family and I couldn't dine in; it was only available through the drive-thru. It's a bit frustrating because I really wanted to enjoy my all-time favorite fast food item, the Arby's Deluxe roast beef sandwich!
