Haven't been to this cafe for a while,and will never be back.It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive,and what a disappointment it was.We both had toasties,and they were awful,the bread was tough and chewie, and and we both left most of them uneaten.Worse was to come with our caramel shortcake, we both took one bite and spat it out, and it had obviously been lying for a long long time and was beyond stale.Looking at other reviews,it seems we were unlucky,but I have to be honest our experience was dismissal at best.

Eat here fairly often and is part of the weekend routine with my daughter. We both love it, the food is always great, service is always friendly and prompt.
Amazing food, great customer service, highly recommended. First visit, great atmosphere, lovely staff will definitely be back.
