I can not say enough good things about this hotel and it’s amazing staff. My husband was medevac’d to the local hospital here from Iraq for open heart surgery. I was here for two weeks while he recovered. Mr Barth and his staff took such good care of me. They were helpful and kind and made sure I had everything I needed. They were great company for morning coffee and made me feel like part of the family. I will forever be grateful for the comfort and assistance in my time of need. Great rooms and very clean and spacious. Close to the mall, close to restaurants, close to the hospital, and close to family
Very nice, updated rooms. Rooms are very clean. The staff is exceptionally nice and speak English. They have a breakfast with both European and American style food. There's a small bar as well. It's right near downtown with easy access to many stores a restaurants. I strongly recommend booking far in advance. Some rooms have incredible views and some face the courtyard. Some rooms have elevator access and some do not. Overall an excellent experience.
Die Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht schick, aber der Service ist ausgezeichnet! Das Personal ist freundlich und wenn man einen besonderen Wunsch hat, wie zum Beispiel ein glutenfreies Frühstück, sind sie gerne bereit, dies möglich zu machen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da das Hotel nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants, einem Einkaufszentrum und allgemeinen Dienstleistungen entfernt ist.
Easy check in rooms exactly as the website, beautiful modern 1 bedroom suite; downside no real closet space to hang your clothes only two bedside closets for foldable clothes and a 1/2size comforter. Super place to stay in Kaiserslautern. It has everything you could asked for- location, great staff, great breakfast, easy and affordable parking, spacious modern and clean rooms. One and only complaint is there is no air conditioning and lately there have been times where that is a necessity. Still my go-to for business trips in the area.
Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber das Personal war großartig. Die Zimmer waren nichts Besonderes, aber sauber und ordentlich und boten genügend Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen. Angesichts des sehr niedrigen Preises hatte ich nicht viel erwartet, war aber angenehm überrascht. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten.
It's a OK hotel for a couple of days when you need a quick visit in Kaiserslautern. It's clean, quiet an close to the centre of the town. Rooms are not big and the main complain is about toilet size. Too small. Are for children only? Price is Ok for quality. Reception people are nice enough and helpful.
Nice, we'll kept, clean hotel on the edge of the city center. Easy walking distance to all of the city center attractions. They slap have their own private parking lot,which costs much less than the city parking lots. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ich mochte die Kissen nicht. An den heißen Tagen ist es schwierig zu schlafen, da unsere Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatten. Es ist nahe dem Zentrum, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Service war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.
