Today was the LAST TIME we will ever visit your establishment. It’s sad and unfortunate due to the fact that we really “did” enjoy Baskin Robbins and have for decades. We chose to visit and trade with your store because you are local and were convenient. I will drive the extra 20 minutes next time to a competitors establishment.The time before this (approximately a month ago) I vowed was my last time as I wanted to give you guys one more chance this time was an even more unpleasant experience than the time before and this genuinely was our last time to the “local” ice cream shop. Piling a scoop and a half of ice cream in a single bowl and saying chocolate drizzle is hot fudge is not a double scoop sundae.Floor and work counters were also filthy.Server mumbled instead of talking. He never even apologized for anything.Didn't get my business this time. I doubt I will try again.
