June 2022 Update: The restaurant has successfully weathered the COVID pandemic and has even revamped its dining area, making it much brighter with new flooring. The food remains as excellent as it always was, and the service continues to impress. We were seated promptly, although the staff did cough a bit, which was curious. They featured some intriguing specials on the menu. The only drawback was the wine selection—it’s still available but noticeably limited. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich wasn’t as spicy as I expected, but I do have a high tolerance for heat. The hot sauce leaned a bit too much on the oily side. You MUST try this restaurant! The food is so very delicious. I got lasagna. It was the best I have ever eaten. Hot loaf of bread and tiramisu for dessert. The restaurant was clean, attractive and cozy. Our waiter, Alan, was a delight!
I was in town for a night, we wanted to try Beez and I'm glad we did. The waiting staff offered us the bar side of the restaurant we prefer. Our waitress was attentive, the food was solid, and the beer was cold.
