It’s truly unfortunate, as the hotel itself is beautiful and most of the staff were professional and courteous. However, my experience with the receptionist named MAIDA was unacceptable. Her behavior was confrontational, unhelpful, and outright rude — completely out of place in any hospitality setting. Customer experience is the foundation of any hotel, and someone with such a negative and hostile attitude should not be in a front-facing role. Her conduct not only ruined the experience but also reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
