The place is beautiful, the terrace loveless, the service staff dressed like in a ski hut, unfortunately service robots, emotions and humorless, no demand like the food tasted. Value for money is not right. Products such as black walnut, Vadouvan or trout caviar on the menu alone are not enough. I expect a 13-point restaurant to refill the wine and to serve bread or toast with a tartare. The Pinot Grigio open 5 dl CHF 52.50 (on the menu 7.5 dl CHF 59.00). The four of us still had a nice evening, but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Dear Blausee team It was a fantastic stay with you. From the greeting to the great room to the spa and food. The many small, unexpected amenities, such as the coffee machine in the hallway for early risers, the fruit and water, the hot-water bottle for cooler evenings and the fine tea in the relaxation room of the spa. I had eaten trout blue there during my vacation.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!For 44 francs it's CHEERFUL....if you cook the trout CORRECTLY, you can fillet them nicely, so that you have NO equipment!! !!! Only Aelplermakaroni had visitors....dried out and without sauce.....Absolute cheek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
