I have been a regular at Blue Ribbon for the last couple years. I popped in years ago after checking in and landing and was sold from that day forward on sitting at the bar and dining with the fabulous infamous Ramsey. I was exhausted from traveling after work and hungry. Ramsey was exactly what I needed. He took such good care of me that I have been back every month since. Trips have even been scheduled around his schedule, so I’d be able to see him when I came into town. As an owner of a production company, I know excellent service! It is located on the 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan. The food was delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere is great and I recommend it.
