Bo Ne makes a damn fine grilled chicken Bahn Mi. The pickled veggies and fresh cucumber slices had a bright, refreshing flavor profile and a crisp snap. The chicken was juicy and rich with a nice amount of smokey flavor and a lovely light grill char. The bread hit that perfect blend of soft/crunch/chew, and the ratio of roll to fill was spot on. My husband and I went on a whim and it wasn't disappointed! The staff was very friendly and sweet! It has been matched with delicious dishes, beautiful portions and an affordable price. We went with full geese! I loved the atmosphere it was really a mother and pop shop!
