Burdock Brewery offers an impressive array of beers that cater to all palates, making it a must-visit for craft beer enthusiasts. The atmosphere is vibrant, reflecting the passion they have for their brews. However, our experience was marred by our seating arrangement. We were positioned uncomfortably close to the service area, which led to frequent bumps from servers hurrying past and handling orders behind us, detracting from the overall ambiance. Additionally, we experienced a long wait for our food. When the tempura green beans finally arrived, they were disappointing—mostly batter with just a few green beans and lacking flavor. My partner and I celebrated our marriage signing at Burdock Brewery with a relaxed atmosphere, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food from their menu was amazing, and everything came together beautifully, despite the last-minute planning. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our day feel so special. Burdock Brewery is a lovely place with great food and drinks. I recommend making a reservation since it’s quite popular! We tried some lagers and a margarita, and the bartender was incredibly friendly. ☺️
