the big street is one of the best simpas restaurants if you are looking for traditional food with a gourmet touch. they have a quite interesting menu, but the specialities of the house are roasted: chochinillo, lamb and, most importantly, child. I asked the roasted child and it was surprisingly good tender, tasty and abundant. As for snacks, I would suggest the millet of smoked salmon with ancho butter. All right!
