I am impressed with the quick and friendly service from the new staff at this restaurant. They always get my order right on the first try. The new management is fantastic, and I will continue to return to Carl's Jr as long as they are in charge.
I had a great experience at the restaurant with the new manager. They were extremely friendly and made sure my order was accurate. This is a prime example of excellent customer service.
That's the best I've ever done. The spicy chicken sandwich was extra delicious and the superstar tasted as if it was right at the grill. The Jalapeno Poppers were excellent
Hot coffee and good hash nuggets early in the place (the best fast food can) and one employee did everything...with a smile..and was very nice.
