Castaway (san Bernardino)

My wife and I dined at this restaurant on 6/17/2015. The service was awful, as we waited 40 minutes before our waiter finally came over, despite the lack of crowds. The quality of the food left much to be desired - the butter for the baked potato was frozen, the meat was not cooked to our liking, and the bread was reminiscent of cafeteria style. The experience was ultimately disappointing and felt like a waste of money, with the only redeeming factor being the pleasure of being with my lovely wife.

The hostess was disrespectful and unpleasant, the food was not fresh, and the tables and chairs were in poor condition (we had to change tables twice). However, the server was very friendly and the view was nice. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. It has been established in this location for many years. I regret waiting so long to try it out, even though it is a bit pricey.

This restaurant is one of the top places for parties and events. I have also had the opportunity to dine at their bar. It was a great experience, and their service was always excellent.

The customer service was extremely rude from the host with an accent. The service was terrible, and I am relieved that I did not choose to dine here on Valentine's Day.
