I love the footprint and the history. Although I found the food okay, the service, most notably the bartender (I wish I got his name,, , Matt? maybe? He was on point with a fantastic personality and expeditious in his tending to us, two older broads who knew exactly what we wanted...LOL The atmosphere is incredible: friendly, inviting, warm, clean! Everything you want in a restaurant. I'm glad I found you before I exited the state to go south...!
Dinner was perfect nothing to complain about but why to sneak in 5% kitchen service charge when they can charge $22 for a hanburger instead of $20 or $39 for the steak tip instead of $35 does this mean if i do not want to pay the kitchen service charge my meal will not be prepared as discrible on the menu?
Food was fine, nothing amazing. Sprouts were burned, pad thai was too busy simple is better. Welcoming, friendly staff.Parking: Some cars were parked along the street, imagine it might be a problem on busy nightsKid friendliness: Not best place for kids
Aug 2023: The menu has a great blend of options. We sat outside on a Sunday and ordered the cauliflower app, burger, and chicken pesto parpardelle. The pesto and burger were good, but I wouldn't get the cauliflower again. View of the cemetery.
