I came here last Friday morning to pick up enough food and drink for our wedding party of 16 people. They told me to wait in my car out front and eventually someone showed up with two large bags. I asked her if that was all of it and she said yes, so I drove off. Half an hour drive later, I opened the bags and realized there were only 14 meals, no drinks, and no sauces. This Cerritos location is constantly a hit and miss. When I order from the drive-thru, I'm always asked to park my car and wait for my order to be brought to me. My order is always usually it is a Southwest chicken salad. I refuse to go park my car and wait for my food to be brought to me. Edgar, the key holder, didn't agree with my decision and he told me I had to get out of and go park my. I asked for my money back and I left.

Got home and seen that my order was missing an item. They can 't refund me unless I drive back to the store and said they would send me a voucher for a free sandwich even they I already paid for it. I have love this location but the food is less and less each time I come to the store. The salads use to have a lot you could barely put salad dressing on, now it barely has lettuce to the dressing on it.
