Chipotle Mexican Grill

They were out of tortillas. Chipotle is known for burritos, yet they were out of the main ingredient! That's like McDonald's running out of fries or Red Lobster running out cheddar biscuits! As a result, I ordered a burrito bowl and let me tell you this bowl looked amazing! It was piled high and I couldn't wait to dig in! When I did it was more rice, UNDERCOOKED rice at that, than anything else. I felt like I was digging for gold trying to find pieces of chicken! We also ordered a bowl with the new steak, and the flavor was amazing, but it was ice cold, I felt like I was eating leftovers out the fridge! Overall, the amount of food was worth the price, but the preparation could definitely use...

this is the worst chipotle in the opposite. they are consistently running out of flesh and sides. how about the announcement that they are out of the half of the articles to those on the line, especially if they wait over 30 minutes to place a job. they can not even make a decent burrito or bowl when they are out of half their articles and who command always to process. no attempt to satisfy the customer when the dinge go wrong. take the time to go to another Chipotle location. this place is a catastrophe. you're sorry. order in person or online, just a bad one.

the quality at this place has the hill down to the point where I am not even sure if they are still under the chipotle umbrella. if I gave them 0 stars. the service was almost so bad where I was served eating, the cross contaminated as mentioned it on the server its answer was non-chalant that some of the items fell into the other container. what about people who like me with food allergies or cannot eat certain food. that's been on this place for so long. you can see pictures below.

in any case, some types of management need. every table was dirty the station with kondiments was dirty, the müll was spilled out of its container. waited at least 20 minutes before someone could finish our meals. some of the foods were not very unorganized available. it is not completely the employee's fault that it also does not lead through the management. for the number of employees who were in the service, all these problems could have been solved with a proper lead.

I ordered veggie dish online today. it was missing salsa and bowl was full tear! absolutely zero accountability and online order was! busy. the Netherlands
