Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible presentation, it looks like a soup, the woman at the cashier said that I ordered that and that's what they gave me, if I want a soup I don't ask for a bolw. It's rude and disrespectful to treat customers like that, a pretty big delay and at the end of the day a long wait for an online order, they ruin my lunch

Service is not really the strong point. The staff is not very friendly. Worst part is they wrap up things much earlier than the advertised store hours and doesn't replenish even around 45 min before closure. Had 2 experiences along same line.

Bad service, they run out of ingredients and charge you full price and don't tell you ahead of time. Place is filthy and the food is of worse quality than other locations around. Just drive another 10 minutes to a different one.

This place serves smaller portions when ask to the staffer about it they said that is how portion are but way less then normal portions size They need to retrain this staff

2nd time coming. How yall gonna have steak on the menu and then actually have any to be able to serve it to customers
