My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the gentleman cashier and the lady with light eyes were polite and provided great service, the older Spanish lady in the food line was extremely rude, making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for tortillas, her response was unwelcoming. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this negative encounter impacted my overall impression of the restaurant.
If I can give this chipotle in specific 0 stars I would. Horrible service and is never has anything. Every time I have gone they never have anything and I always get the worst customer service.
This chipotle is awful! They are messy, the tables are dirty, they talk over thefood, sloppy at serving, and rude. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted.
