In any restaurant across the NYC metro area and Long Island try to keep customer service as a high standard for satisfaction and quality, but this restaurant is not up to those standards. When you place an order and a time is given, you plan accordingly, don’t do that here….I place my order over the phone, went to the proper time and it wasn’t up to I arrived that I found myself in a rough situation, why?
