Costa Coffee - Tisch reservieren

Even though we arrived at the restaurant half an hour to an hour before closing time, the seating areas were already set up for the staff to leave early. There was a Hoover placed in the middle of the shop, unattended and creating a potential tripping hazard. The staff were not using proper cups, claiming the dishwasher was not working, but it seemed like they just wanted to finish early so they provided takeout cups instead. The canopy outside looked like it was prepared for a quick staff getaway. The loyalty system was not working according to the staff, which may have been another tactic for a speedy exit. I arrived at the restaurant and noticed that it was only half full, with more used coffee saucers than customers. The two employees were chatting behind the counter, seemingly ignoring their cleaning duties. I took it upon myself to transfer my dirty dishes to the nearby table that was already dirty. The coffee was decent, but overall I was not impressed with the experience.

Arrived quite late for lunch, around 3pm, so there wasn't much choice of cake and sandwiches, but we found something and the service was quick and efficient. Its well located for people watching and you can park at the train station just around the corner...opposite.

Came in here for a meeting over coffee, didn't seem clean, staff were going behind the counter without uniforms on and were loud banging cups and glasses, not one cracked a smile or even acknowledged me as a customer, would give it a wide berth

good furnishings and good coffee . the hotel is located in the shopping park and worth a visit. also good for a snack and not expensive.
