Hello, I just came from your counter. The product you offer is not the same as what you find at other Dairy Queens. It is altered, either it is not the brand's product and there is too much air in your machine, but the soft serve is too light and the taste is not usual. The quantity for a large cone is not the same as what we are served elsewhere (Ste-Thérèse, Laval, Trois-Rivières). In 2018, the quantity was the same but the taste was there. Vérifiez vos factures! Aujourd'hui, j'ai amené mes enfants à ce Dairy Queen et j'ai présenté un coupon de leur établissement. En demandant la facture, je realise que la caissière m'avait surchargé. Lorsque je lui ai fait part de son erreur, elle m'a regardé d'un air très bête et sans excuse ni semblance de remords, elle m'a remboursé la différence. Un service à la clientèle qui laisse beaucoup à désirer... De plus, les Blizzards sont déjà fondus avant qu'on nous les serve; ne vous demandez pas pourquoi qu'ils ne les tournent pas à l'envers.
