My wife and I used to order from DeRango's back when we were in college, about 20 years ago. Now that we've moved back to Kenosha, we wanted to see if it was still as good as we remembered. DeRango's absolutely delivered! Our kids loved the pizza and breadsticks, which is quite the achievement, as they usually don't eat much. They devoured this meal! My wife and I enjoyed the pizza just as much as we did back in the day. I'm thrilled they’ve maintained their original recipe, bringing back wonderful memories of late-night pizza runs. I typically don't venture to Kenosha for pizza, but with everything closing early for Memorial Day, we decided to give it a shot. We had a group of eight, and overall, the service was quite good. There was only one waitress, yet she managed to do a commendable job despite how busy it was. It was a bit noisy thanks to the bar and jukebox being in the same area. They were running a nice special with half-off pizzas, which worked perfectly since that’s what we planned to order. The pizza was enjoyable—perhaps not the best I've ever had, but still good. I also noticed a new custard stand in front of the restaurant that I’m interested in trying.
I ordered 5 sheets and 2 gluten-free pizzas to feed 50 people after our Reach Ministries service. I'm not sure who all ate but we had 80 people at service and ended sending boxes of pizza home with families. Everyone loved the pizza and our people with gluten sensitivies were so grateful for the option. Our driver was amazing! Very accomodating, polite, and prompt. We will use them again!
