Domino's Pizza - Tisch reservieren

We ordered a pizza with a 2 liter drink. The driver forgot the drink and told us that it was either a refund for the drink or 10% off in our next order but no communication happened. Called the store and the guy that answered the called was veryunprofessional, rude and unwilling to solve the problem. Didn't help us out in anything. Very disappointed with the customerservice and if you find another pizzeria near your house order from there.

A couple of months ago I ordered from this store and had an issue with customer service. I checked my pie in the store, which I often do. This time, several of the slices were flopped upside down over the ones in front of them. (I get thin crust) My guessis that it was dropped or otherwise handled roughly. I showed it to the girl checking me out and the response was so? You canjust fix it. No apology, no accomidation.

I order curb side pick up, my order was a large pepperoni and 2 litter. I was given attitude/snobby demeanor when I explain what?s wrong with my pizza. 1- all pepperoni was shifted to one side one the pizza asked for a remake @6:23 it?s been 18 minsand nothing yet. I placed my original order around 6:11pm This is ridiculous

EDIT Ordered delivery. Pizza arrived cold. I live literally 4 minutes from the store. And my pizza was cold and disgusting. Received a call from the very kind owner with a sincere apology and credit for future purchase. That was unexpectedand appreciated.

This Domino?s location is wonderful! The food always arrives quickly and it?s hot. The orders are always correct too. Highly recommend this location!
