Dough Box Wood Fired Pizza And Pasta

I have a complaint about the service, similar to others here. My order was placed, and I arrived at the scheduled pickup time only to be ignored by the staff behind the counter. When I finally got someone’s attention, they checked the orders and found only my order ticket. The staff member appeared flustered and informed me that they still needed to make my pasta (which should have already been prepared with my ticket). I waited for fifteen minutes, and when a young guy finally returned to check on my order, he spoke with someone else and discovered that my pasta had mistakenly been given to another customer. I've ordered from here three times. It was great on two of those occasions, but today, half of the pizza was burnt and had very few toppings. I was so hungry that I ended up eating the other half, but it left a bitter taste in my mouth.

came here with my partner on her recommendation. I was very pleased with the service quality of the food selection offered. I want to go back. the pizza was so good. they are very accessible service dog friendly.

Super underwhelming... On top of that the mushrooms in the carbonara pasta I got were straight up raw and cold (we dined in)... Pizza was better but still just ok. Customer service was good but that's about it.

We absolutely love Dough Box Pizza! The taste and quality are excellent, and it's one of the most affordable options for wood-fired pizza. Our favorite is the classic Margherita. Highly recommended!
