Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

Just moved to Colchester and I have recently been going thru this Dunkin’ Donuts and all I can say is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The older lady with the glasses is so rude and unprofessional!! From managing Dunkin Donuts for over 10 years there is so personality no upselling and def NO customer service skills!! The way she talks to other employees and customer bad for business! There is a younger female with dark hair and her Nails always ROCK she is so polite and friendly as well as the older gentleman always trying to brighten your day! I would def get rid of her due to the way she interacts with customers!! I buy an ice coffee a day x that by a week a month a year!! Taken my business elsewher...

Sitting in drive through for fifteen minutes, Go to the lobby door it's not even unlocked 30 minutes after the open time on the door.. Order bagel with butter and instead. I get cream cheese. Overall, really poor experience.

Rude and unprofessional. Didn't even tell me that my order was up. God forbid I even make an order from inside. Sorry that I put you out. If I was your boss you'd be fired.

Food isn't always hot, staff are usually swamped and not really attentive. Would prefer paying more for starbucks down the street anyday.
