It's a Saturday morning, and I placed an order for two large decaf coffees using the mobile app. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready yet. However, the gentleman at the counter asked if I was the one who ordered the coffees and informed me that they would be ready in just a minute. Once the coffees were prepared, he made sure to let me know that they were very hot. He was extremely friendly, incredibly helpful, and provided excellent customer service! Thank you!
They always remember my order and are incredibly friendly. Today was their final day, and the owner even gave me my meal for free! It was such a bittersweet moment that I found myself crying in the car on my way to work. This place has truly felt like family to me over the years, and I will really miss them. I'm wishing them nothing but the best and a bright future ahead.
Make sure they give you the brown pladtic pick for your hot drinks to cover the hole. Coffee is not as good as it used to be.
