What can I say get coffee and leave. Ordered from the app....as much easier than to go into the row and wait. Sometimes waiting in the line on the drive thru is a bit much. Do people not know that they can order before time and just drive and pick them up? So much faster and they usually have it ready, just give the window and you leave. It is almost 2021 in 2020, please order through the app. Dunkin even makes promo points on free drinks if you use the app a plus, plus if you like to get free stuff!! I literally drive up, get my things and leave me like a minute, maybe two, and I'll go. Thanks Dunkin!
I went at 515am and ordered through the app. Food was hot, fresh, tasted good, wasn't messy. Order came out fast, everything was correct. Woman that was behind the counter didn't miss a beat, she was fast and good at her job and gave me all herattention.
They've gone downhill a bit. Their new staff of really young people never seem to even want to be there. I always see them standing around but if you go through the drive through you'll have a quicker time.
It was busy at 730. I have a dozen Donuts 50 Munchkins a box of Joe and the guy behind me that I got his coffee. Part of the payment. I spent including my change was $50. Happy bosses happy life.
