A friend and I went here today March 30 2024 immediately when we walked in my friend said the place smelled sweaty and stale but we decided to give it a shot anyway. We got our food to the table to find that it was cold. When inspecting the crayfish they had not been purged before cooking very gritty and mudvein packed full even the egg drop soup was cold. When I brought it to the staffs attention the owner told me I was wrong and that everything was supposed to be that way. When I explained that the crayfish werent purged he kept talking about how you cant devein them before survingand that the steam trays were up all the way.
