We had a very nice stay in this hotel on the occasion of the Liquid Sound Festival in the Tuscany Therme, for which we are happy to rate the location, the service, the breakfast and the room with five stars. Then why only four stars overall? On Friday (November 1st, 2024) there was a fire alarm in the evening while we were sitting in the bar with friends. The long-lasting alarm tone did not interest the staff present. Even when the fire brigade arrived, there was no reaction, information or instructions from the employees to evacuate the house. We left the building on our own, unsure about the next escape route. As a person trained in fire protection, I would have expected an organized evacu...
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, the hotel was very central, everything was easily accessible by bus, the ferry was right behind our hotel from the ferry to the train, lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel but our hotel also had a lot to offer alone great wellness area was great. The only thing that wasn't so good for us was the dinner, we were just missing something but as I said there were also restaurants outside we will definitely come back there is still a lot to discover
From my point of view, everything is just right here. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, the rooms are quiet and nice, quality of the food too. Evening and early mornings are wonderful from my perspective. The bar is inviting to simply unwind at late hours. My goal was to become relaxed within 1.5 days. Have you done it with the thermal baths? I can't criticize anything, absolutely not. Thank you for the great time and I'll definitely be happy to come back next year!
Das Essen ist schrecklich! Ich musste meinen Döner wegwerfen, um Übelkeit zu vermeiden. Eine Schande! Im Laden herrscht großes Chaos, und es riecht unangenehm! Der Döner schmeckt halbfertig, chemisch und völlig ohne Gewürze! Der Besitzer ist sehr unfreundlich und spricht kaum mit seinen Kunden. Ehrlich gesagt fehlen mir die Worte.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Elbe gelegen, mit hervorragendem Service und ausgezeichnetem Essen. Die Hotelbar ist gemütlich und einladend. Der Wellnessbereich ist großartig, die Massagen sind einfach fantastisch. Was braucht man mehr, um sich richtig zu entspannen?
Wonderful hotel with rooms with balconies viewing the Elbe. Breakfast is superb, and fancy restaurant for dinner. Considering the quality, spa service, and food the hotel is offering, price is reasonable.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit Schwimmbad. Morgens wurde Wassergymnastik angeboten, an der ich ebenfalls teilgenommen habe. Es hat großen Spaß gemacht. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Schöner Döner die Würze bestimmt man selber durch die Sosse aber das verstehen manche nicht die sich beklagen es wäre ungewürzt
