On March 3, 2025, I visited the fish counter at Famila again, but unfortunately, I have to say I was very disappointed. Due to a lack of staff, I was informed that the fish counter was only open until 4 p.m. that day – which was fine with me. I arrived at 3:50 p.m. and was told to come back another day – but the store had been open for another 10 minutes?! The selection was extremely limited, and the employee showed no interest in helping me or offering friendly advice. I understand that there can be shortages, but the unfriendly attitude and lack of service really annoyed me – especially since it wasn 't the first time!
