We'll start with the most important part - the crust, which is cooked using coal to give it a crispy exterior with charred spots on the bottom that require two hands to hold a slice. The dough is delicate and has a fantastic taste on its own, but is then topped with perfectly seasoned crushed tomatoes and a mix of grated cheese. The mozzarella on top was just enough to bubble and brown, not chewy or greasy but silky smooth. My toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the quality of the sausage they used was excellent! This is definitely a new haven of apizza, ranking among the best in town. Make sure to visit and try their delicious pizzas!

I was drawn to Fouco's by the review for Pizza Gavones and I was not let down. The pizza was fantastic and my son thoroughly enjoyed his chicken parmesan grinder. I opted for the Vegetarian pizza, which had a delicious crust, albeit a bit thinner than I usually like. However, this minor difference won't deter me from returning whenever I am in the area.
This restaurant is amazing! They serve delicious salads, pizzas, and Foxon sodas. The pizzas were fantastic, with a nice, thin crust. Our waitress, Alexis, was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. And don't forget, it's BYOB!
