Gasolina Cafe Market Wine

We had desired to visit Gasolina Café for a while. I really wish we hadn't waited! This place serves the best tapas in the Valley. The gazpacho is out of this world Gasolina adds a really special twist to the standard gazpacho recipe that makes it a must try. We also had the charcuterie plate which was filed to over flowing! The charcuterie plate in itself was a meal. We also tried their shrimp in a wonderful garlic sauce. All of this topped with a unique selection of wine from Spain. Looking for a place you haven't tried? Look no further. Gasolina Café is a must visit. Recommend getting reservations!

Reasons to eat here: Pays a living wage to its employees (added as 20% to your bill). Delicious food. Fresh ingredients, prepared to order. Delicious seasonal drinks and mint lemonade. Fantastic service. Wonderful ambiance for any meal period and for small groups. Not open 10/31-11/9/21 ???? Paella night coming up afterwards.

We were driving back from LA to Ventura when we got hungry and decided to pop by the nearest stop to get some food. So glad we decided to eat at Gasolina! It was a beautiful day so we ate outdoors and the food really hit the spot for us. Loved the lavender latte.

I'm so happy I found out about this place. Truly one of a kind. Fantastic food and fantastic service. This is where I go went I want a pleasant, delicious meal. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thanks for the good eats!
