We stayed one night in the hotel. Checking in took a very long time, after waiting 1 hour it was our turn. The hotel is very large and very busy. It is conveniently located on the old strip. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Parking is included and is available in the spacious parking garage.
Horrible check-in experience. I 'm disabled and needed a restroom. This was an EMERGENCY situation for me. I was blocked by the bathroom manager and had security called on me. Unbelievable
I am happy with the old Vegas location. They don’t have any EV chargers on site unfortunately but they do have a lot for oversized parking.
Best hotel Guest service I've ever had. Would definitely book here again and again.
