We love Grimaldi 's pizza, we order from them almost every week. Unfortunately this location is constantly making their pizza smaller than what their menu stated. It has happened so often it is to the point that it appears they are doing it on purpose. I ordered an 18 inch pizza on Monday around 11:50 am. When I arrived to pick up our pizza, it appeared to be small. I complained to our server(Alexis)at the time. We asked for a price change or for them to remake the pizza. She said she would have them remake the order and she disappeared. Another girl took the small pizza back. We waited for another 20 minutes. We went back in and the girl rang the pizza up cheaper for some reason. I checked...
