This used to be my favorite spot for lunch, dinner, and family gatherings. I really appreciated the friendly staff there. However, ever since Faley transformed into Hakka Palace, everything has taken a turn for the worse. The dishes have become bland and lacking in flavor; all the noodle and chicken items taste the same. While the portion sizes are still generous, a little more care and attention are needed in the kitchen. It saddens me to see the restaurant change so dramatically. I genuinely hope things improve for you. Your competitors in the area are performing much better, even if their portion sizes don’t compare to yours. I’ll always be open to returning and giving it another chance....
This used to be my go to place for lunch dinner and for family gatherings. I loved the people there. After Faley got changed to Hakka Palace everything started to go downhill. All the items have become bland and tasteless. They are not flavourful anymore. All noodles and chicken items taste the same. Quantity is still good. You need pour some love too. I feel so bad how the restaurant has changed so much. I hope you guys get better. Your competitors in the area are doing much better even their quantity still cannot be compared with you guys. I will always come back to change my mind. Good luck.
This place has horrible customer service. Their food is not the best especially the hot&spicy soup. Literally tastes like water and salt+pepper. Even if you dine-in, they give you the food in to-go containers. ALSO, THEY DO NOT HAVE TO TAP WATER ... THEY MAKE YOU PURCHASE WATER BOTTLES. Which by law, is not legal. One more thing, they don't even have certain condiments such as hot sauce for take out. Apparently their supplier has changed and now they're all out. Overall, horrible service and not so great food. Definitely will not be returning.
This restaurant was fantastic! They recently changed owners, and the service and food quality are outstanding. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous. One of the best Hakka restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area! I've tried many others, but this place stands out with its delicious and flavorful dishes, as well as outstanding customer service. They truly made my dining experience enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for more!
I tried this place first and his new favorite Hakka spot recently! eating is delicious and cheap with good portions. I would recommend the crispy beef, seasoned and pepper garnel, and the chicken parody
We ordered a chicken dish. Some of the chicken was not properly cooked. We had to throw out the whole dish. We complained to the management. They said they will give us a discount next time. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was not very expensive for the quality, and I ended up sick to my stomach not once, but twice; a second time eating leftovers, which confirmed it.. Would recommend elsewhere.
