Hardee's In Moss Po

Normally I do not fill out feedbacks, but i felt it was my duty to warn others. This is the worst experience I have ever witnessed. The only reason I gave this restaurant 1 star, is because I could not give it a negative 100 stars to the 100th gigawatt. I will never come back to this place. The cashier children were screaming in the dinning area. The cashier having to stop taking orders to attend the hollering and running around children. No napkins. The worst part is I received uncooked food. Including RAW chicken. Like out the refrigerator raw. Then they argued about who is on the grill? The fryer arguing back saying I don't cook raw chicken. And the mangers saying well the chicken is raw....

I stop here at least once a week for biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are great, and the gravy is perfect, not too runny and not too thick. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The building is fairly old and in need of some TLC, and the drive-through speaker could use a larger cover to help deflect the heavy rain we get here.

The bread on my sandwich was inedibly hard, and the staff was screaming and near cursing at the kids in the lobby. Not a good experience.

Had a long piece of hair in my biscuit but I was traveling and couldn't go back. No one had on hair nets. I'll never eat there again.

Drive thru is fast in the morning and the biscuit is usually hot. Hash rounds are hit and miss.
