Hector's Mariscos - Tisch reservieren

I visit my in-laws every year, and I always eat at Hector 's. I feel the price is worth it for the quality of the seafood and it is always consistently good and the staff is very friendly. The Pulpo Zarandeado is my absolute favorite. It 's octopus smothered in a spicy, creamy sauce that is so delicious. I came with my kids this time and sat outside. The server was very friendly and the kid meal (cheese quesadilla) was brought out right away, without having to ask for it early. My only two complaints and reason for not giving 5 stars: 1. The highchair was not very clean and I had to wipe it down. The highchairs are very old and do not have the buckle, so it was not very safe for my 10month o...

My better half suggested this restaurant and as a person who grew up in a country with a wide range of Zeviches, I was skeptical to get a real Mexican seafood experience north of the US/Mexico border. Man, I was wrong! The fish? ceviche tostada is delicious here! And the shrimps? ceviche tostada was also amazing! Since I was blown away from the two samples, I also decided to order an octopus? ceviche tostada too. The octopus was perfectly cooked, not rubbery at all. And they were perfectly mixed with the freshest ingredients and the portions are huge. All three Tostadas are very cheap and I paired them with an ice-cold Bohemia beer in a frozen stone. I came in today to order an Agua Chile. I have to see at home that the shrimps were not properly cleaned and still had the intestine. I thought it might be just one or two, but after I checked it, they still had it that I called and replaced my order. When I came home with my second order, I checked it and found that my new order was also exactly the same as the first one. Last time I ate here. I couldn't make it to eat know it was?

We always come to eat and take out, but yesterday it was special because it was also my brother's favorite place when he is back in the states. In short we have ordered almost one of all on the tacos and some other dishes and desserts. The Palomaso was delivered.

Came around 1230 on a Saturday, it took until shortly after 1 waitress to take my order (restaurant was at maybe 30% capacity) food came soon afterwards and was sufficient. Not great, just okay.
