I loved this place the customer service was fabulous! but today I got a raspberry mocha with oat milk I couldn?t drink it because it tasted off. there was stuff that kept settling at the bottom no matter how many times I mixed it. not sure if the oatmilk was bad or something but tasted really weird. little upsetting didn?t have time to go back through the drive-thru to askif they could remake it.
This is a decent place that stays open late, with good coffee and friendly staff. However, the music is quite loud and the atmosphere feels more like a bar than a coffee shop. It may not be the best place to study, although there is a study room available (though it is often reserved). The bathroom is clean. Overall, not a bad spot but may not be the most suitable for studying.
I absolutely adore High Point Coffee!! The staff is always incredible and very friendly. The coffee is incredibly delicious. No other coffee shop I've tried compares to High Point. I will always be a loyal customer here. Thank you High Point and staff for always making my experience the best!
I ordered the hot "flower power" (springtime favorite) and it was delicious! I spent $7 on a tip for a medium coffee. It would have been worth the price if I had gone on a Saturday night when they have live music.
