The hype for pressure-cooker momo was everywhere in town. So, I ought to try that and I did today. It was just wow, I was Witnessing the harmony of flavors dancing on my palate. Not trying to write it long , give a try and you will come to know what i am talking about. The head chef Master Umesh knows how to serve a perfect Nepali Thali!!! Thukpa was delicious . Noodles were bit different than what Nepalese restaurants usually have. Best achar in Dfw that I've tried for Jhol momo. You could definitely give it more color.
