I ordered catch of the day, thinking I would have a tasty fish dinner. When the meal came there was a very small piece of fish on a pile of frozen vegetables which had no flavour at all. the fish was disgusting, when I cut...into it a lot of water came out and it tasted rubbery. I would imagine that it had been microwaved from frozen. my husband had fish and chips with a side order of vegetables of the day-these were also obviously frozen veg, tasteless and watery, so awful that he didn't eat them. Why can't restaurants cook fresh vegetables it would make all the difference to the meal and does not take much effort. I will never eat in that restaurant again!!
We stay at this hotel a LOT because it's close to our main office in Salford. The area around the hotel is pretty rough, but it's a short taxi ride into the center. They have recently done some upgrades to the hotel itself and it's...looking wonderful. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I would like to commend the chef, Avinash, for his efforts in offering some new, exciting dishes, our favorite of which is the grilled chicken with butternut squash and spiced carrots. It is AMAZING! He's working on other new dishes, too; I'm sure it will be as good as the grilled chicken! Great job, Avinash, keep up the good work! You all make a great team!
The rooms were clean, but they felt quite worn and outdated. The towel rail wasn't even attached! However, the staff were friendly, especially during breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. There was a great selection of food, and it was beautifully prepared. The location isn’t ideal, situated on the outskirts of an industrial and retail area. We took an Uber to the theatre for only about £5. We chose this place for the free on-site parking, and I would consider staying here again.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the town. The standout feature was Tia, the friendly and helpful young lady at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to assist my wife and me during our visit. We highly recommend keeping her on staff! After travelling from Cornwall for a conference in Manchester I booked into the Holiday Inn Manchester West. Arriving at food was still available so I ordered the steak and ale pie which came with chips and mushy peas. The food was delivered hot and...nicely presented. Breakfast was good too with a good selection of food either hot or cold.
Had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is perfectly located. The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return when I come back to this area each year for a game. I want to emphasize once more how fantastic the staff were to us.
this tiny restaurant is probably the worst I have stayed in. the price for the night is not the peculiar little place, and they were not with breakfast, either which would have been an additional fee for the guests. I wish I'd stay somewhere else.

the service and the eating were really good, I had the huh tikka masala and my daughter had the chili, it was so good at any case recommend the chili if they like hot wicy
