Howards Fish And Chips

Went in to sit down and eat inside it was 6.42 and we were told the sit inside closes at 7 pm so couldn't be served . So we had take away we waited half a hour as they were doing tons of deliver orders . When we finally got them the chips weren't put on greaseproof paper so the paper was all soggy and the chips were just a load of mashed up chips

only the best fish and chips cooked fresh and always hot and tasty, always go here when I visit taunton and have never been disappointed large menu and many choices, even if fish is not their ding, gorgeous place friendly service

We were excited for our fish and chips but ended up being disappointed. The fish was dry, the batter was soggy, and the chips were undercooked with a hard middle. It didn't quite meet our expectations.

large fish n chips and tee, although no scraps. basic seating and waiter service. the older staff was a bit dirty and toilets could have been cleaner.

good portioning, excellent house made tweepering rings, great service, fair prices. cipa could have been cooked a little more.
