Husk - Tisch reservieren

I was in the past several times in Husk and it was always an enormous experience, so we booked it the last night of our visit. We also visited The Olde Pink House, Local 11Ten, and Noble Fare. Everyone was much better. We sat immediately and got water service. Fifteen minutes later the waitress accepted our drink order and another 25 minutes later they arrived. (A cocktail, a glass of wine and an iced tea. No bread. Twenty minutes later, a full hour after sitting, the waitress took our dinner order. I understand it was busy, but we lost the number of times she would check on one of her tables next to us and then disappeared when we actually tried to fly them down, so we could order at least...

Dinner was wonderful and our waiter was so helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining the dishes. We started off with the seafood tower If you have a party of four or more, the choice in a no brainer. It came with an off menu item, the trout crudo, and it was to die for. We also shared an order of biscuits for the table and they were heavenly. For myself, I ordered the NY Strip with sunflower risotto, sunchokes and aged beef fat. The steak had the most perfect crust. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in Savannah or one of the other few cities Husk calls home.

I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to try Husk while in Savannah! Right when we walked in the door we knew we were in for a treat. We worked our way through the menu and everything was phenomenal! Here’s what we had: Peach and Chocolate Sticky bun. Bob Woods’ 2 yr ham. Hot fried chicken w/ Indigo grits and braised cabbage. Shrimp and grits Brussels Mushrooms Butternut Squash Dashi Mizuna If you’re in Savannah definitely make sure you stop at Husk!

We enjoyed our experience in Husk very much. The service was timely and the waiter was informed about the menu. The restaurant is located in a historic house and each room creates a cozy environment for a quiet meal. The food was a bit salty for me, but still very good.

Only the disadvantage was a reservation problem. We've booked on an open table and they've changed to Resy since then. Our reservation was not accepted. Luckily, they could take us.
