I had a great experience dining at IHOP last week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. When I first arrived at the parking lot, I thought they were closed because the windows were so tinted, I couldn't see inside. They should consider putting up an 'open' sign in their west and south windows. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The Breakfast Sampler I ordered was excellent, with perfectly cooked eggs and delicious ham, sausage, and bacon. The pancakes were also the best I've ever tasted.
