I like their food, but they customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not sure if today is an off day, but acknowledge the customer at the counter. There was a lady that was standing at the counter when I walked in, we both waited. We watch multiple employees walk around, laugh and talk with each other — we sat there for about 5 minutes when another customer walked in to meet someone who was already seated. That man was greeted and taken care of before we were even acknowledged. The restaurant has an open floor plan, so I know they saw us. We used to come to this restaurant when it opened (like 5-6 years ago or so? because there really wasn’t that many restaurants that served ramen.Then we quit coming because it just wasn’t all that good.We were near by yesterday so we decided to give it another try.It seems like ramen got worse…Noodles were way overcooked, broth was all over the place taste wise (I had Shoyu Ramen but was the broth Tonkotsu “pork bone” or Torigara “chicken bone” or something entirely different??? , egg tasted chemical and they put pickled ginger in Shoyu Ramen!!! Sept 8 2023 was/will be my last time ever visiting this establishment. I come here multiple times through out the week for to go orders and EVERY single time it takes over an hour. Placed an hour at 7:48PM with a ready time of 8:23PM which changed to 8:45 8:50PM. By 9:00 PM order still was NOT ready mind you this happens every single time. I shouldn’t have to strategically place my SMALL order so I don’t have to wait in the lobby, wait over an hour and still have no food that is literally insane especially with no apologetic behavior from anyone

Decent place for ramen and sushi. I ordered vegetable ramen and an eel roll. The ramen broth was good, but the noodles were a bit soggy and the vegetables were chopped quite large, making it difficult to eat. The eel was well cooked and seasoned, but the rice missed the mark as it was overcooked. Overall, not bad, but not the best I've ever had. I wouldn't mind coming back if someone else invited me to go with them

Felt a little claustrophobic with how close all the tables were. The soup was eh, the sushi was okay, and I really enjoyed the appetizers. The best part of the place was definitely the service, fast, and very nice.Food: 3/5
