I ordered cookies yesterday to be delivered at 5 pm on Valentine’s Day. It is 8pm and no delivery, no contact. When I called the store they have an automated message that says their customer service is closed and to email my comments an they should get back to me in 24 hours?! Seriously? You can’t afford to pay someone to answer the phone so I can find out about my delivery TONIGHT not 24 hours from now. This was a gift and it should have arrived over 3 hours ago. Terrible, terrible service! Money grabbers. They don’t care about anybody but themselves!!!
Always heard a bunch of hype about this place. Much more reasonable than Cubs cookies and all the other fancy cookie places. Plus they're open till 3 a.m. and you can't really beat that. I'm pretty sure they deliver as well. I'll go back they have awesome cream cheese frosting you can put between cookies!
Who doesn't love warm cookies??!! My family orders the peanut butter, macadamia, double chocolate and chocolate chip. Cookies are consistently delicious every time!
